Dar Streets Series: BRT on the Scene
And another
The rapid bus service is a new addition to the city. Commuters using the services cut the time they spend on the road by about 70 per cent. What an improvement! Imagine, spending only half an hour from the Kimara suburb to the Central Business District. Using ordinary commuter buses would normally take not less than an hour and a half!

Tazara: Treni Daladala

MV Logos Hope … Book Fair in Dar 2016
When it comes to books … children are highly interested. We are the mean ones for not spending as much as we should on books for children and for adults.
And … Desmond Tutu … The Authorised Portrait …
And … The Crowd … searching and searching …

The art of balancing: Exactly what we need in our daily intermingling
Balancing life with a smile. What other way of enjoying life is there? In our lives, we need a lot of balancing. I guess this is what Mr Pierre Nkurunziza of Burundi needs to do right now for his people. He must bring a smile to the faces of millions of Burundians who are currently living in a state of terror. Things must change. Mr Nkurunziza must make tough choices — one is to quit from office and so stop whatever is happening right outside the gates of his mansion.
Lushoto people have a lot to teach us. Let’s keep discovering.

Lushoto: On open market day
It’s a beautiful day, beautiful people, beautiful weather. Open markets are always very interesting places to visit. They are full of life as money exchanges hands supported with a smile. Well, frowns are also there, especially when the day wears off and the sun leans to the west and one had not sold all that he or she had planned to sell. But, life must go on. Enjoy every moment as it comes. Cheers!
