Tanzania’s Golden Jubilee Today … Let RAZAN free!

with one comment

As Tanzania celebrates her 50th Anniversary of independence today, I wish to join hands with all people around the world advocating for FREEDOM of EXPRESSION. One of such advocates, Razan, has been detained in Syria for precisely using one of her basic human rights, expressing her opinions to represent voices of the voiceless. This is a call to the international community to press for her immediate release. We want the Syrian authorities to release Razan unconditionally. We want this to happen soon, very soon.

Please pass on the message to all peace and freedom loving people around the globe.

Lastly, may the independence of Tanzania (Mainland) attained on 9 December 1961 bring true freedom to all her people, neighbours, Africa and the world at large. Happy birthday Tanzania. Happy birthday dear motherland.
