The New Media offers huge opportunities of sharing and analysing news, events, challenges, problems, solutions and lessons from community to community. With rapid changes taking place in information, communication technologies, there is a bigger hope than ever before that we will now be ‘hearing’/listening to Voices of the Voiceless and not only voices of those who ‘have’ voices. This venture ushers in a major shift on ‘who makes the news’.
